BMW E46 Diesel Intercoolerkit

By cooling the temperature of the intake air the efficiency of your combustion increases. This replacement kit with a larger intercooler increases efficiency thus raising the engine hp as well as slightly lowering fuel consumption.

The kit consists of all necessary couplers, hose clamps, the larger intercooler, mounting bracket, nuts and bolts.

Designed specifically for the E46 318D.

The front air duct is the only part that needs some modifications to place this kit.

The kit is available with 2 different sizes intercoolers. The smaller 550x180mm intercooler is advised on stock engines. If the car has been chiptuned or in any other way the horsepower has increased we advise to use the kit with 550x230mm intercooler.
