Description / KMS EGT to CAN converter 4-channel
The KMS EGT to CAN converter enables users to measure and monitor temperature using four K-type thermocouple sensors. As the KMS EGT to CAN converter is not equipped with a display (unlike the KMS EGT kit), monitoring the 4-channel inputs can be done on the KMS CAN display, KMS motormanagment software or data logging.
The 4-channel converter can be used, for example, to measure the Exhaust Gas Temperatures for a 4cyl engine. This enables users to check whether the engine is running equally on all 4 cylinders. It’s also possible to measure oil-, air-, brake-, etc. temperature, as long as K-type thermocouples are used.
