Silicone elbows 135 degree
Chargertech silicone hoses have a 4mm wall thickness with 3 layers of fabric for strength, for diameters of 76mm and up a wall thickness of 5mm with 4 layers of fabric is used. These hoses are suited for air and water / coolant which makes it possible to use them for instance for intake hoses, turbo and intercooler hoses, vacuum hoses, radiator hoses and heater hoses. Suited for temperatures from -40 up to 220 degrees celsius!
The leg length for Chargertech elbows is around 50mm.
When ordering hose clamps for silicone hoses please take into consideration the wall thickness of the hoses. For hoses up to 76mm an extra 8mm should be added to the inner diameter to determine the outer diameter. For hoses 76mm and up an extra 10mm should be added to the inner diameter to determine the outer diameter.
For instance a 51mm silicone hose would need a hose clamp that fits around 59mm, for a 76mm hose the hose clamp should fit around 86mm.
