Seat / Volkswagen 1.9TDI ARL Intercooler upgrade

Complete intercoolerkit with a replacement of all original turbo pressure hoses. 

This upgrade consists of the intercooler, brackets, hoses, aluminium couplers and hose clamps to install a front mount upgrade intercooler. The kit also includes a replacement for the rubber pipe directly behind the turbo and for the rubber coupler on the intake manifold.

The 1.9TDI ARL engine is known for having issues with the original mounting system of the turbo hoses. After just a few times removing and putting the hoses back they start to wear and break loose. A lot of owners solve this issue by screwing the hoses into place but this often starts leaking again.

This kit does not only include a front mount intercooler but also the neccessary hoses to replace all four original turbo pressure hoses. This system doesn't use the original klik system but has the hoses around the pipes with hose clamps over them.
