Description / Killswitch battery isolator main relais
The EcuMaster battery isolator is a FIA approved main relais that can be used to disconnect the battery and shut down the engine.
This system can be controlled through 2 external switches, there is also a possibility to control the isolator with a message through the CAN-bus system. This makes it possible to, for instance, in case of a crash to send out a message through a PMU to disconnect the power. The system is protected against overheating and overcurrent and contains a LED status indicator.
With an internal protection against load dumping when disconnecting the battery and alternator expensive electrical components are protected.
This system can be configered through CAN-bus, it is also capable of transmitting diagnostic information to other components for tuning and diagnosis.
Available with M8 connections(type 1) or radlock fixtures(type 2).
