McLaren 570S M838T Downpipe

76mm (3 inch) downpipes without catalyst or particulate filter available for the following models with M838T 3.8 turbo engine:

• McLaren 540C
• McLaren 570GT
• McLaren 570S GT4
• McLaren 570S Spider
• McLaren 570S Sprint
• McLaren 600LT
• McLaren 600LT Spider
• McLaren 620R

Suited for models with 540, 570, 600 & 620hp.

By installing a larger bore downpipe backpressure in the exhaust drops which makes the turbo rev easier which means the turbo starts building pressure at lower RPM's. If during shifting the pressure drops it also builds back pressure faster. 

By only installing a larger diameter downpipe the horsepower usually rises between 25 and 30hp and torque also goes up by 30 to 40Nm. Combining a downpipe with chiptuning brings even more extra power.

A software update (chiptuning) would be advised.
